Meet the Founder:
Ben Richardson
BR Exclusive Car Care was founded by Ben Richardson, whose journey into the elite automotive detailing industry began at just 15 years old in North Yorkshire. Driven by a sheer, lifelong passion for cars, Ben started out cleaning vehicles with a meticulous eye for detail that quickly set him apart. What began as a teenage hobby rapidly evolved into a career-long dedication to the art of vehicle preservation.
Over the next 15 years, Ben immersed himself in mastering the science of paint correction, advanced paint protection films, and chemical surface protection. His relentless pursuit of perfection and hands-on craftsmanship transformed that initial childhood passion into the premier studio it is today. Based in Harrogate, Ben now directs a business trusted by collectors and enthusiasts across North Yorkshire to protect and refine some of the world’s finest prestige, supercar, and performance vehicles.
”My obsession with cars started when I was just 15 years old, cleaning vehicles right here in North Yorkshire. Even back then, it wasn’t just a weekend job for me, it was a deep-rooted passion. I was completely fascinated by how a car could be transformed with the right care, patience, and attention to detail.
Over the last 15 years, that teenage passion has evolved into a lifelong career dedicated to the art of vehicle preservation. I have spent over a decade and a half mastering the science of paint correction, testing the world’s most advanced ceramic coatings, and perfecting precision PPF installations on some of the world’s finest prestige and supercars. I founded BR Exclusive Car Care in Harrogate because I wanted to create a studio where compromise simply doesn’t exist. When you hand over your keys to us, you aren’t just booking a service; you are trusting us with your pride and joy. That is why I personally oversee every project, ensure we use only the absolute finest products available globally, and treat every single vehicle as if it were my own.”
Whether you’re protecting a brand-new car or safeguarding a cherished performance vehicle, we deliver tailored protection with meticulous attention to detail.
